Linda Hill started the company due to the increased demand for quality staff. In the past few years the beauty, aesthetic and hair industry has exploded and so has the need for professional people who can add value to businesses and help with retention of clients.

As it is so competitive, the need has arisen for staff who are able to provide more than just treatments. Companies require staff who know the importance of service and the impact that it has on the company. They require staff who are professional at all times and know how to treat customers.

Linda Hill has a wealth of experience in various fields of the profession. Originally from Cape Town, South Africa, she completed a 4 year degree at the University of Stellenbosch. She then went on to complete a diploma in public relations before moving to London in 1996.

Linda continued with her studies and decided to study something she has always been passionate about. After gaining CIBTAC and CIDESCO diplomas Linda started working at salons and also lectured Beauty Therapy. As a Health and Beauty Manager and Acting General Manager, Linda had the opportunity to recruit for various departments.


Linda Hill applies her expert knowledge and experience to match the right person for the job.
